As we head into a new year, it’s a time for reflection, gratitude, and a new sense of purpose. At AIT Home Delivery, 2025 was about far more than moving goods from A to B. It was about giving time, showing kindness, and supporting the people and communities that are at the heart of the AIT organisation.
During the festive season, our teams were proud to go beyond deliveries—but these acts of kindness aren’t just for Christmas. They’re part of what drives us all year round.
Giving Time Where It Matters Most
One of the most meaningful ways to make a difference is simply by giving time. In 2025, AIT Home Delivery teams collectively volunteered over 900 hours to support charitable causes across the UK. From hands-on help to behind-the-scenes support, our people were only too happy to donate their time, demonstrating that kindness is shown through actions and is not just a sentiment.
A particular highlight was our work with the Hope Centre – a charity and community support organisation in Northampton providing vital support for people experiencing homelessness or hardship, where the AIT Home Delivery team truly captured the spirit of the season.
Spreading Christmas Cheer at the Hope Centre
During the festive period, AIT teammates donned elf costumes and rolled up their sleeves to wrap presents for the Hope Centre, with AIT directors also donating funds towards the gifts. The team didn’t stop there—AIT Home Delivery also donated Christmas decorations and volunteered time to transform the Hope Centre’s dining area ahead of their Christmas dinner service, helping to create a warm, welcoming space for those who needed it most.
These moments captured the heart of what AIT stands for: practical support and genuine care for local communities.
